Sue’s books are inspired by her own 22 year old tabby and best friend, Harry.

Sue loved books as a child, reading stories by writers such as Roald Dahl and Roger Hargreaves, also C.S Lewis' The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe and The Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum.

 

Her favourite stories however were written by Beatrix Potter. Sue loved how Beatrix's imagination brought characters such as Peter Rabbit to life. Sue was also inspired by her beautiful watercolour illustrations.

Sue grew up in London but now lives in Hampshire with her cat Harry, where she continues to write her tales.
